Hemelter Ireland supplies high-quality flour across Ireland on behalf of Hemelter Mühle, a German family-owned milling group, serving Irish customers from artisan bakeries to large-scale producers for over 20 years.
Hemelter Mühle is a family business and has been in the milling industry for 140 years. Now in its 4th Generation, the company is led by Jan Cordesmeyer.
We are a strong partner for artisanal and plant bakeries alike, and support all of our customers with great knowledge and motivation.

Our Products
Hemelter Ireland supplies a wide range of different flours for different products and applications. Whether its bread, bagels or waffles, we will work with you to find the optimal flour for your process. Outside of flours, we also supply pre-mixes and mono-components for bakery use.

Hemelter Mühle operates two Mills in Rheine and Spelle, North-West Germany. Together they have a total processing capacity of around 400,000t of grain and serve customers both regionally, and internationally.

We can supply a wide range of flours, from softer flours for pastries or waffles, to stronger flours for bread and bagles. Our technical team can work with you to develop specific flours for specific processes. In addition to wheat flours, we can also supply rye and spelt flours, as well as a wide range of mono-components and pre-mixes.

Flours can be supplied in various formats, whether its in bulk tankers, big bags or conventional bags. Through our experienced and established transport system, we will work with you to find the optimal transport modality.
